I wanted to write honestly about finding flow in a familiar hobby. I would like to approach it with more curiosity and less pressure than I have in the past. Today I caught myself thinking about making time for music during a busy week. The standard advice sounds simple, but applying it in ordinary life has been more complicated than I expected. Enjoyment becomes easier when the activity does not have to prove anything about my ability. Gentle suggestions and personal experiences are both welcome.
