This has been on my mind lately: starting a creative project without perfection. The standard advice sounds simple, but applying it in ordinary life has been more complicated than I expected. Enjoyment becomes easier when the activity does not have to prove anything about my ability. What helped you feel understood rather than rushed toward a solution?

One thing that has helped me is giving myself permission to make an unfinished or imperfect version. I keep the goal deliberately small so it feels supportive rather than like another obligation.
