I have been paying closer attention to waking up tired after enough hours this week. I am learning that a response can be worthwhile even when it does not change everything at once. I am trying to treat rest as useful even when sleep itself does not cooperate. I would appreciate hearing what this has looked like in real life for other people.

It took me a while to name it, but I am dealing with creating a gentler evening routine. I am trying to notice what helps without turning recovery into another test I have to pass. I am trying to treat rest as useful even when sleep itself does not cooperate. Gentle suggestions and personal experiences are both welcome.
