It took me a while to name it, but I am dealing with a difficult day without one clear cause. I am trying to notice what helps without turning recovery into another test I have to pass. Holding conflicting feelings at the same time can make even simple decisions feel unclear. Gentle suggestions and personal experiences are both welcome.
