It took me a while to name it, but I am dealing with eating regularly during stressful days. I would like to approach it with more curiosity and less pressure than I have in the past. I am trying to listen to my body as information rather than treating it like a project to control. If you relate, what is one thing you wish others knew about the experience?

A recent moment brought up responding to tension in my body for me. The standard advice sounds simple, but applying it in ordinary life has been more complicated than I expected. I am trying to listen to my body as information rather than treating it like a project to control. Has anyone found a small, repeatable response that makes the next hour easier?

This has been on my mind lately: choosing gentle movement instead of punishment. I would like to approach it with more curiosity and less pressure than I have in the past. I am trying to listen to my body as information rather than treating it like a project to control. I am especially interested in approaches that still work on imperfect days.
