I have been paying closer attention to not knowing what I need yet this week. I am learning that a response can be worthwhile even when it does not change everything at once. Holding conflicting feelings at the same time can make even simple decisions feel unclear. I would appreciate hearing what this has looked like in real life for other people.

I relate to the part about not knowing what I need yet. What usually tells you that you need comfort, practical help, or simply some space?

One thing that has helped me is writing each feeling down without forcing myself to choose one. I keep the goal deliberately small so it feels supportive rather than like another obligation.

My experience has been uneven too. I started noting what happened just before a difficult moment, and over time a few useful patterns became visible.
