I have been paying closer attention to starting a creative project without perfection this week. I would like to approach it with more curiosity and less pressure than I have in the past. Enjoyment becomes easier when the activity does not have to prove anything about my ability. What helped you feel understood rather than rushed toward a solution?

That is a helpful question. I call a step manageable when I can begin it without needing to feel completely ready first.
