A recent moment brought up sharing creativity without comparing myself for me. I would like to approach it with more curiosity and less pressure than I have in the past. Enjoyment becomes easier when the activity does not have to prove anything about my ability. Gentle suggestions and personal experiences are both welcome.

Sometimes I tell one trusted person exactly what would help—listening, company, or a quick check-in later. Being specific takes away some of the guesswork.
