It took me a while to name it, but I am dealing with my thoughts keep circling at night. I would like to approach it with more curiosity and less pressure than I have in the past. When worry is loud, certainty can feel urgent even when it is not available. If you relate, what is one thing you wish others knew about the experience?

Sometimes I tell one trusted person exactly what would help—listening, company, or a quick check-in later. Being specific takes away some of the guesswork.

I relate to the part about my thoughts keep circling at night. What usually tells you that you need comfort, practical help, or simply some space?

One thing that has helped me is setting a short time for the worry and then returning to one concrete task. I keep the goal deliberately small so it feels supportive rather than like another obligation.

My experience has been uneven too. I started noting what happened just before a difficult moment, and over time a few useful patterns became visible.
